There's gotta be some sort of anti-spam mechanism. Ie: only 100 comments in an hour or something.

What's going on? I get a call from my plumber and the next thing I know you people break Blogger again.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:28 PM
Speaking of which, any of you know how to replace a sump pump?
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:29 PM
I guess the move went well, huh? That'll be the last time you waive the home inspection, no doubt! :)
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:29 PM
can someone please donkey punch Ohka once for each walk?
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:30 PM

By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:31 PM
any bullpen action?
bullpen action? Boy, you know you can't change pitchers before the 7th!
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:32 PM
Actually, we knew the pump was going to need to be replaced, but it was the only thing broken or close to it in the inspection.Luckily, it's in a crawlspace, not a basement.I'd make some sort of "call the landlord"/Tomo Okha joke here, but he's been so bad today he's not worthy of it.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:32 PM
yippee ... it's Joe Horgan
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:33 PM
Ah, yes. That's the Johnny Estrada I know and love from the Phillies organization.Horgan is up in the pen.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:33 PM
Time for another white rapper battle?
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:33 PM
Well, this facility is crude but it should work . . .
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:33 PM
add another donkey punch to Ohka's tally
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:34 PM
We'll see if Fightin' Joe can go one appearance without walking someone.(I was replaying the 2004 season on Diamond-Mind last night and the bastard's unusuable.)
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:34 PM
Ryan, I like the kids, the guys, the girls, they're all livin' in a (Rob) Base world.
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:34 PM

By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:36 PM
I think you win that one, Basil. Also my avatar does sound a lot like Snow. "Informer! akldngkldblahdfljdgl! Licky boom boom or something!"
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:36 PM
I came to grips with that long ago, Basil! ;)
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:36 PM
Sorry, Chris, but dope verses appear to be good luck for Ohka.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:37 PM
Can't top that one, Brian.Uh, kill whitey? ;-)
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:37 PM
Snow was the man, Ryan. He's probably driving a taxi on whatever Carribean island he was from, but for one shining moment in 1993...
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:38 PM
Oh, and from the last thread, Lock the state is from the Yankees Chatter Cabal.See Here
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:38 PM
Snow was Canadian dammit ... no love for the Canucks
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:39 PM
You mean the Carribean island of Ontario?
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:39 PM
I've heard former Wu-Tang member Cappadonna is driving a cab now.
just wait for my next dope verse ...
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:40 PM
What shade of scarlet do you suppose Basil's face is now?
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:40 PM
FUCK YOU FRANK
D-O-U-B-L-E S-W-I-T-C-H you senile bastard
Is Okha hitting for himself or am I hallucinating.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:41 PM
ok maybe I was wrong
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:41 PM
Everyone apologize to Frank. He doesn't need a computer!
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:41 PM
Snow was Canadian? No way!He sure sounded like a whitey from Jamaica or something.
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:41 PM
maybe an abacus?
What's happening? Is he PHing or not?
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:42 PM
Is that Senora Lima? Or is it Rep. Sanchez? ;-)
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:42 PM
"Informer" was originally entitled "You Hoser," but the label made him change it, eh?
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:42 PM
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:42 PM
Old ECW chant:"She's got herpes" *clap clap clapclapclap*
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:43 PM
As long as they're in remission, I'm fine with it! ;)
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:43 PM
Okha did, in fact, hit for himself. So we can look forward to a four-pitch walk to Langerhans to start off the next inning.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:43 PM
herpes ... oh where for art thou Ron Mexico?
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:43 PM
Prize to Brian for the first Ron Mexico reference!
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:44 PM
Alright... can you guys pool your money together so one of us can go to the welcome home luncheon tomorrow, with the sole purpose of disabling Frank?
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:45 PM
A rain delay might save us from another half inning of Okha.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:45 PM
pray for an hour long rain delay ... even Frank won't run Ohka back out there after an hour long rain dealy. right?
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:46 PM
Ron Mexico! Hah!And I'm convinced. Snow indeed was Canadian. No offense to America Junior, but Snow suddenly seems quite a bit less cool in my eyes. (And I regret making the previous post a sentence longer than it should have been.)
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:46 PM
Or, better still, we were leading after five. Erase the top of the sixth and call it a game -- this one's official.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:46 PM
maybe we can re-program Colin a la Zoolander and have him take Frank out
Jeff Gilooly (sp?) shouldn't cost much, Chris.
Is it raining hard?LAst night was about as hard as I've ever seen it rain while they still tried playing.
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:46 PM
That's Jeff Stone to you! (Now, at least)
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:47 PM
It's stopped now, apparently.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:47 PM
I believe he is now known as Jeff Stone
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:47 PM
Chris, we both need help
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:48 PM
Rain, dammit! Rain!
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:48 PM
Wait. He changed his name? Is he Canadian too?
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:48 PM
imagine that, pitch hitting for a pitcher when he looks like he's done
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:49 PM
That's some lucky-ass wind.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:49 PM
the Braves with a Nats-like inning ... 4 pitches
scroll down for your gilolly fixation.
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:49 PM
Great. Now Frank is going to think Tomo has enough for the 7th.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:50 PM
4-pitch inning for the Landlord, and I wasn't even rapping.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:50 PM
I'm really pissed that I can't see this. My boss doesn't have his usual afternoon Hill vist *wink, wink* either, so I can't use his TV.
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:50 PM
Chris, is your boss having an affair with a congress(wo)man? Is that what you're trying to say?
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:52 PM
we may see Sledge
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:52 PM
Hey, did I mention that I saw James Carville in a restaurant yesterday? That man is seriously weird looking.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:52 PM
was he with Mary?
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:53 PM
Did somebody open the Ark of the Covenant?
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:53 PM
I mean, ugly's one thing, but that's circus ugly.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:54 PM
No, he was in a little Italian joint called De la Lucia by himself. And reading USA Today. I expected better of him, myself.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:54 PM
No... the only affair he has with with the bottle.Carville is scary as hell.So are lots of the people in these halls... egads!
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:54 PM
Jose is red hot
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:54 PM
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:55 PM
Hey neat. Guillen's on my fantasy team. As is Wilkerson, actually.Weird thing is I just let Yahoo draft it for me.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:55 PM
please say it was a homer?
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:55 PM
No... the only affair he has with with the bottle.Ah. So he watches the Nats too. ;-)
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 2:56 PM
That was such a homer, I think it just started posting on Ballparkguys.com.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:56 PM
my team name in one league is DC Hardball ... a guy offered me Guillen and Chad Cordero for Mariano Rivera and ARod ... stating he thought I might want the Nats players
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:56 PM
Yep, Chris. Guillen homered.
A little clunky in the mechanics, but an A for intent and an A for effort, Ryan.
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:57 PM
I'm just glad I spelled everything right.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:57 PM
first pitch groundout here we come
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:57 PM
But it won't officially become a BPG homer until it starts bitching about how the Orioles were actually listed in the AL standings on the agate page.
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:58 PM
Man. I am seriously groggy today. Should've stayed home.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 2:58 PM
hold down the fort Tomo ... I got a meeting
By Brian, at 4/13/2005 2:59 PM
Is that your Frank Robinson impersonation?
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 2:59 PM
Ba-ZING! Nice one, Chris.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 2:59 PM
That's the same kind of wit and insight that inspire the same 4 people to hit reload on my site 30 times a day!
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 3:00 PM
It would be 5, but Frank can't turn his computer on.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 3:01 PM
I like the BPG line, Ryan. And don't let Chris, the Easter German judge, hold you down; the form was just fine.So you're the DC Hardball guy! I apologize for referring to you as "John," because the Nationals Pastime guy has a handle just like yours. (Not that you'd remember, I'd guess.)
By Basil, at 4/13/2005 3:02 PM
Not to gloat, but remember when I predicted Ohka would go six and give up three?
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 3:04 PM
Ayala's in? Randy St. Claire must've woken Frank up.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 3:05 PM
We can't even blame Frank for this bullshit. I'm at a loss.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 3:06 PM
Dontrelle Willis is on fire again today.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 3:07 PM
And there's nothing like an opposing batter flinching away from a strike.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 3:08 PM
I'm telling you, Florida vs. St Louis in the NLCS.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 3:08 PM
I love a good knee-buckler.
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 3:08 PM
Jesus, are the people of Atlanta even aware that they have a baseball team? It sounds like attendance is about 45 today.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 3:09 PM
Not the Nats?
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 3:09 PM
Well... would YOU take an April day off of work to see the Brewers?
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 3:11 PM
No, Chris - you forget that I'm an asswipe with no historical perspective.
By Ryan, at 4/13/2005 3:11 PM
Ayala obviously doesn't have it today. Is Frank aware that these newfangled rules allow mid-inning pitching changes?
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 3:11 PM
Alright... shutting this one down. Just in case. There's a new one up.
By Chris Needham, at 4/13/2005 3:12 PM
Saved again by the rotting corpse of Raul Mondesi. He's ended two rallies now today. He might have to be the minority whip if we hold on.
By Yuda, at 4/13/2005 3:12 PM
Bitter rantings by a sometimes-analytical fanboy who loves the Washington Nationals, even though you probably can't tell 3/4 of the time.
