How Far Did It Go?

Didja see Ryan Zimmerman's bomb yesterday, the only thing most of us will take from yesterday's stinker? If ya missed it, here it is. That's the first (I think) homer to make it above the faded maroon seats and up into the yellow ones.

But how far did it go?

Our good friends at hittrackeronline.com have the answer, 450 feet. Sadly, it's not even the longest at RFK this year. That honor belongs to that Dan Uggla blast to center on Opening Day, which came in at 463 feet.

(If you like seeing sausage made, here's how the site works.)

And here's a listing of all the homers hit at RFK this season, with distance. (Austin Kearns had the 'cheapest')
