The Royals have years of "working on the Plan". Plus, they didn't have MLB restricting who they could draft for the past 5 years or raped by the previous owner. And yes they also got some good talented front office people now working there. They should be ahead of the Nat's. But, our Lerner/Kasten/Bowden team is going to pass them by very quickly (2 years).
