I agree Chris. The worst Lastings is "guilty" of is being excited by baseball, and of liking and recording "gangsta" rap.
The thing is, though, there is nothing to keep Bowden from getting Elijah Dukes anyway. It would seem to be unnecessary now, but owden is so damn persistent when he makes his mind up that he wants a certain player.
The worst Lastings is "guilty" of, but I don't see written about much, is he dogs it on occasion including not hustling in the field during the last weekend of the season in addition to other times during the season.
I don't care about the rap stuff but he's not a hustler. I hope Acta has a good influence on him.
Not true. I watched every game and the guy doesn't dog it any more than every other player dogs it. Hitting into a routine grounder to short and not digging it out full speed happens about 99% of the time. That's not dogging it. If you want to get anecdotal, he scored from 1st on a single, bro.
